Good food had it for lunch less that 6 bucks amazing decent food I loved it. The rice was Amazing i was nice and full and it didn't break my wallet. No delivery but I mean hey who need delivery on quality cuisine

Family run, top notch service, and great Chinese food.

Two times in a row they messed up my order and both times they argued with me that I had actually ordered what they gave me.....seriously? Only a business that could care less about their customers makes it a point to argue with their patrons. The food is remarkably average and Valpo has numerous other excellent Chinese restaurants that actually treat their customers with respect.
The bottom line is that if you're asking me to take the money out of my wallet and put it in your wallet then you need to 1. have something I want, and 2. show me the barest modicum of respect.
I have no idea why anyone would go to the New Dragon more than once. Save yourself a bad experience and go to the Jade House on Lincolnway. -

This is the best Chinese I have had in Valpo. Excellent garlic chicken, beef with broccoli, and Kung pao chicken.
